Preparing an inquiry

The inquiry preparation form creates text in your browser. It does not submit the text or upload files to DIKAY. A draft is not saved by the website and is lost when you reload or leave the page. Copying or downloading a draft places a copy on your device.

Email inquiries

To contact us, send an email to sales@dikaysemi.com using your own email service. Add any BOM or supporting files as email attachments. We use the contact details, company information, component requirements and documents you choose to send to handle your inquiry and related sourcing discussions. Preparing a draft or opening an email link does not send a message.

Website access and previous records

Public company and product pages can be browsed without signing in. The hosting service may process connection information and technical logs to operate and secure the website. The site has no added advertising or analytics integrations. Previously saved preview inquiries and attachments remain protected by sign-in and account-level access checks. Public visitors cannot browse those records.

For questions, corrections or deletion requests concerning information sent to DIKAY, contact sales@dikaysemi.com. Please identify the relevant inquiry. Any retention needed for an existing transaction will be explained when handling your request.
