How we approach sourcing
FOR PROCUREMENT & PRODUCTION

I have specified parts.

Keep the approved manufacturer and ordering code. Send one component or your complete BOM, with the requirements that determine a usable offer.

  • Exact part numbers and quantities
  • Date codes, packaging and source restrictions
  • Delivery destination and required dates
Request parts or send a BOM
FOR ENGINEERING & NEW PROJECTS

I’m evaluating options.

Describe your application, technical requirements and expected demand. Include Chinese manufacturers in the review if your project allows them.

  • New design or an approved alternative review
  • Application, specifications and expected usage
  • Engineering contact and approval responsibility
Discuss a sourcing project

Sample availability, documentation and manufacturer technical support are confirmed per project. Component changes require your engineering approval.

03 / APPLICATION FOCUS

Built around
your application.

Connect your end product to the component requirements that matter.

04 / QUOTATION CHECKPOINTS

Know what
you’re buying.

A sourcing conversation should lead to a well-defined quotation. Agree the source, documentation and delivery requirements before placing your order.

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BOM

A few useful answers.

All buyer questions
Can I request a part that is not listed here?

Yes. Send the complete manufacturer part number, including its ordering suffix, and your quantity. The selected references describe our product focus; they are not a complete catalog or a live inventory list.

What should I include in my BOM?

Start with one manufacturer part number and quantity per line. Include the manufacturer, packaging, acceptable date-code range, source restrictions and delivery requirements where they matter. You can attach your existing spreadsheet without reformatting it.

Can I request Chinese-manufacturer options?

Yes, for a new design or a change your engineering team is able to evaluate. Share your application and constraints. Available documentation, samples and manufacturer support are reviewed per project. A similar specification does not establish interchangeability.
